1. When hammering the excavator bucket pin, the metal chips may fly into the eyes, causing serious injury. When doing this, always wear goggles, safety helmet, first set and other protective equipment. Only protect your personal safety, then can carry out next operation.

2. When removing the bucket, place the bucket stably.

3. Strike the bucket pin with force, the pin shaft may fly out and hurt the surrounding staff.

4. When removing the bucket pin, pay special attention not to stand under the bucket, nor put the foot or any part of the body under the bucket. Take care not to hurt your hands when removing or installing the bucket pin.

5. When aligning holes, do not put fingers into pin holes.

6. Before changing the bucket, stop the machine on a solid and flat ground. When carrying out the link connection work, for the sake of safety, it is necessary to make clear the signal and work carefully with the tubing personnel carrying out the link work.
