How to improve the service life of excavator track lower roller
The structure of the track roller is mainly divided into roller body, roller axle, shaft sleeve, seal ring and end cover. The walking mechanism of the crawler excavator bears all the weight of the excavator and the driving function of the excavator. The main form of damage is wear, which is mainly manifested in the following contact parts: the outer surface of the driving sprocket teeth and the track pin sleeve: the roller track surface of the guide wheel and the track link; the roller track surface of the roller wheel and the track link; the roller track surface of the carrier roller and the track link; the contact surface of the track pin and the pin sleeve; the track shoe and the ground, etc.
1. Track wear
In the walking mechanism of the dry track (relative to the lubricated track and the sealed track), the track is not lubricated, which causes the wear between the track pin and the pin sleeve due to the relative movement during the working process. The wear between the pin and the pin sleeve in the track is inevitable and normal, but this kind of wear will make the pitch of the track extend and make the track too large. If this kind of wear continues, the track will move laterally, which will cause the wear of guide wheel, roller, carrier sprocket, driving gear and other parts, and at the same time, the wear of track pin and sleeve will be more severe.
The wear of the track is also manifested in the reduction of the track thorn height due to the contact between the track shoe and the ground, and the reduction of the track link height due to the contact between the track roller surface of the track link and the guide wheel, carrier sprocket and roller. When the track shoes are worn seriously, it will cause the loss of the traction of the excavator.
2. Wear of guide wheel
The wear of the guide wheel is caused by the raceway surface of the contact chain rail joint, while the wear of the convex width of the guide wheel body is caused by the side contact with the chain rail joint. It is shown as follows: the reduction of the convex width of the idler body; the reduction of the diameter of the raceway surface of the idler body; the reduction of the diameter of the idler body
3. Wear of carrier roller
The wear of the carrier roller is caused by contacting the raceway surface of the chain link. The results show that: the width of carrier roller flange decreases; the outer diameter of carrier roller raceway surface decreases; the outer diameter of carrier roller flange decreases.
4. Wear of track roller
The wear of the track roller is the same as that of the carrier roller and guide idler wheel, which is also caused by contacting the raceway surface of the chain link. The specific performance is: the reduction of the outer flange diameter; the reduction of the raceway surface diameter; the reduction of the inner flange diameter; the reduction of the inner flange width; the reduction of the outer flange width.
The following measures can be taken according to the wear of crawler type walking mechanism:
(1) if the walking mechanism of the excavator is obviously worn in the early stage, the operation shall be stopped immediately, and the coincidence degree between the center of the guide wheel, Sprocket, supporting wheel, driving wheel and the longitudinal center line of the walking frame shall be checked;
(2) in order to prolong the service life, the front and rear roller can be replaced, but the original position of single and double roller on the walking frame must be kept unchanged;
(3) after all parts of the traveling mechanism are worn to the service limit, the guide wheel, gear sprocket, supporting wheel, driving wheel teeth, running spur and chain rail joint can be repaired or replaced by overlaying;
(4) if the track link length becomes longer due to wear, reverse the track link to remedy or replace it with a new one
