It is not suitable for deep brine operation, because once the brine enters the cloth sleeve, the dust ring and oil seal are more likely to be damaged.

Second, the problem of bucket oil cylinder reverse installation is that the oil cylinder is reversed with the loading rod facing up, which is also not suitable for deep brine operation. Because the brine with the cylinder head facing up is easier to crystallize near the dust ring. In addition, due to the need to modify the hydraulic oil pipe, the hydraulic pipe moves from a small range to a large range during the operation, and the installation technology is not qualified, which is easier to damage the hydraulic pipe.

Third. The installation of dust-proof ring only prolongs the damage time. Generally, it is easy to ignore an important factor, that is, the operation habit of excavator driver. The oil rod will not crystallize in brine, and will not crystallize immediately after the water comes out (crystallizing takes about several minutes to ten minutes). That is to say, it is not easy to crystallize in normal operation. The problem lies in the parking, no matter how long or how long If you stop for a short time, remember to fully retract the oil rod.
